How this page handles your details
This landing page is operated by RunBase on behalf of Podium Solar & Electrical. It exists to collect solar enquiries and pass them to Podium Solar & Electrical, who quote and carry out the work. Last updated 13 August 2026.
What is collected
The form asks for your name, email address, mobile number, the address or postcode of the property, and your answers about the system you want, whether you own the property, your rough quarterly electricity bill and when you would like the work done. Your bill is stored and sent as a range, not as the exact figure you set.
The page also records the country your request came from, your browser's user agent, the page that referred you and, where you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign identifiers that came with the click.
Why it is collected
To let Podium Solar & Electrical contact you about this enquiry and arrange an onsite quote, and to check the property is inside the area they service before anyone's time is spent. Postcodes outside that area are told so on the form and no contact details are requested.
Who receives it
Podium Solar & Electrical receive your enquiry. RunBase operates the page and the database that stores it, so RunBase holds it as well. It is not sold, not passed to a lead-buying network, and not sent to any other installer.
Two service providers process it in passing: Cloudflare, which hosts the page and the database, and Resend, which delivers the notification email to Podium Solar & Electrical. Both act on instruction and neither uses your details for anything else.
Consent
The last step of the form has a checkbox, and nothing is submitted until you tick it. What is recorded alongside your enquiry is that you ticked it, the wording you were shown, and when. Consent is not restored if you leave the page and come back — the other answers are kept for that one sitting so you do not have to retype them, but consent is given fresh or not at all.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while they are being acted on and for as long as Podium Solar & Electrical need them for their records. Ask and it will be deleted, unless there is a legal reason to keep it.
Getting access, correcting it, or having it deleted
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. The quickest route is to call Podium Solar & Electrical on (02) 4945 9576.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how a request was handled, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes privacy complaints at oaic.gov.au.
